「Clean room, I checked under the bed and corners of the room. Most hotels you will see some hair on the sheets. The sheets here were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast needs slight improvement, they need a waffle maker and ripe bananas. Towels clean as well」

「Everything was wonderful with the exception of the wild weather. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Never had a bad experience here. Will be back again and again. Love So Ha and the Lake Bluff. 」

「They had adult hours for the pool so we could swim without a bunch of kids. The staff was awesome. They texted me several times throughout my stay to see if there was anything we needed. The breakfast was full even though we got there about the middle of the time for breakfast. Staff made a very diligint effort to keep things stocked and clean. Thank you Holiday Inn for making our stay a good one.」

「Quick and easy checkin, clean room, easy parking and as expected. My only disappointment was that there was only powdered creamer for coffee in the lobby and thats minor for sure!」

「Parking was really easy, and all of the staff are very kind. It’s a great spot in Saugatuck. The rooms are on the smaller side, and we had hoped for a better sitting/lounging area, but they do a great job with the space they have. Breakfast is delicious and home cooked. It starts at 9, so if you’re early birds like us, have an early snack. 」
