「Great place to stay 」

「The hotel itself is beautiful and the people working there are really kind and caring all time. Its really conveniently located and food there or around is good.」

「The hotel is wonderful, the restaurants are great, the staff is fantastic. The only thing I would change is to allow water to be thrown on the rocks in the sauna. The HUUM Electric sauna stove is designed for allowing water on the stones and the sauna is beautiful, but there is a sign not allowing. This is a mistake by the management that needs to be reviewed to make this spa area perfect. 」

「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」
