"The property is very close to the town of Alpena... A very neat town of about 9000 people.. many things to do in and around town... The property has a large front lawn area with a fire pit... Plenty of room where we tossed Frisbee, and did some other things... The back patio area is great for lounging around and enjoying food and drinks and views of the lake... The family enjoyed the use of the kayaks... there was always a bald eagle or two flying around... And the beautiful sound of loons...

The house was spacious and the perfect layout to allow our group to enjoy both community space and privacy.
