“Kevin is the worst human to exist. This hotel gave us an infestation in our house and Kevin tried to steal my laptop/belongings. I'll post the full story on a different review site as I have limited characters, which will not be enough to recount the horrors of what we endured there. ”

“Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the fitness area. The only issue was the pool. It is pretty small and a huge wade of hair floating in it. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. ”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“thin walls allowed us to hear our neighbors early in the morning. It was as if we were in the same room. Steam room was broken. The original room we had booked was a short drive away from the pool/ fitness area so we were given a room in the lodge. That was nice but didnt receive a refund for the difference in rate.”
