「I actually don't know anything about the facility. I was booked to stay for one night but fell ill and couldn't travel. There was no way to get a refund so one star across the board.」

「Nice view of Lake. Indoor & outdoor pool. Looked newly renovated. Nice size rooms. My biggest disappointment was none of the pictures indicate that some of the lakeview rooms are on the first floor (basement) behind the pool. It was hard to open my bedroom shades because the pool was right there and people were walking in front of my window. The patio view was also right behind the pool and I had to look through the pool fence before being able to view the lake. I did talk to them & they...

「I only stayed one night after a wedding but the staff was very polite and helpful! Our room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t lock which I didn’t love. Other than that, great stay!」

「Rooms are comfortable for a short stay. Staff is helpful. My only suggestion is that the coffee machine is available all day and not just in the morning. The staff was kind enough to plug in and I was able to get coffee in the afternoon.」

「Beautiful room with very pretty lake views. Clean, cozy and in the nature. Heated outdoor pool, kayaking and paddle boating included in your stay as well as 2 vouchers of $10 each for breakfast. We loved it! And we are planning on going back! Thank you」

「Staff did a good job. Room was unsatisfactory, window shade needed a strong man to operate. Pull curtain fell off the rod when closed. No microwave. No cabinet under the awful large TV. No art work. Would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. Did not have a free continental breakfast and charged another $30 in resort charges………for What????」
