“Very pleasant and helpful owners. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Keep in mind that this is an older motel with a unique character, but the owners are making a real effort at updates and repairs to bring it back to its best. A little rough around the edges, but a pleasant stay just the same!”

“We unfortunately had a terrible first impression. They were clearly over capacity from the weekend and under staffed. We checked in 6/28 - had to wait over 30 minutes for our room which was not properly cleaned. After complaining we were moved to another room which was not what we reserved but “no other availability”. After asking if that was ready and being told it was double inspected. We found an old ranch cup in plain sight. Our third and final room was up to standards and I honestly would……

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“Air conditioner made such horrible noises was unable to get a good nights sleep. Tried adjusting it several times, but it still was very noisy. Floors in room were very slippery but navigable. Staff was outstanding and very friendly. Outside pool was clean and comfortable. Especially liked walk in feature. Did not utilize any other accommodations. If it wasn’t for the air conditioners constant noise, would have been comfortable stay.”

“The hotel has a nice pool area and a laundry facility, although we didn’t use it. Our room was pretty clean but was very musty smelling. All of the furniture seemed to be a little beat up. Breakfast options did not vary during our four night stay.”

“Stayed 8-1-2026. The location is great with an awesome view of Lake Geneva. The outside of the property looks very nice and well maintained however don’t be deceived by the pictures you may find on these sites. This property needs a full overhaul of all its rooms. We checked in and the AC was shut off so the room was 85 when we walked in. They only have an ac wall unit on one side of the unit so it’s only cold on that side of it if it stays running for the day. The opposite end of the unit where……
