「The staff was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. The pool area was less clean than the rest of the property. It wasn’t so terrible that it prevented us from letting our kids use the pool. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. 」

「The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed very comfortable. It was not high season, and the hot breakfast options were less than stellar, but there were many other decent options.」

「Had an issue with a smell coming from another room. Nothing the hotel had control over as it was coming through the bathroom vent. Housekeeping was great and brought a strong air freshener in to mask the smell. We reached out to the manager after the stay and he was wonderful and quick to respond to our issue. 」
