「Lovely property and staff」

「The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel...

「Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Das Familienzimmer ist grosszügig, auch wenn nicht alle Betten gleich bequem sind. Der Wellnessbereich ist gepflegt, die Kinder haben das Bad genossen. Das Restaurant war leider ausgebucht, wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass eine frühzeitige Reservierung notwendig wäre. Frühstückbuffet ist toll, für eine Familie geht’s aber ganz schön ins Geld. 」

「We stayed here after spending the day at Rulantica. It was very close to the park. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and our kids enjoyed all the games. Breakfast was fine, though I wish the rooms had a coffee maker in them. Would stay again. 」

「bien mais nous en attendions un plus pour un 4 étoiles, les : spa super, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner de qualité et emplacement top pour se balader les - : pas d’ascenseur dans le deuxième bâtiment, (pas facile avec poussette et pour monter les valises), côté bâtiment b au rdc zone peu rangée (linge sale etc..), un room service même basique serait un plus, propreté améliorable 」

Aseos, duchas, ascensor, bar, recepcion... en muy buenas condiciones y aspecto moderno. En la habitacion un lavabo compartido. Sábana de abajo y nórdico para arroparse. Eché de menos una taquilla o armario con cierre o posibilidad de candado para mis cosas. La ducha con sensor de presencia. Transportes próximos y...
