「It's a trouble experience. This hotel set up a scam for every customer. We are forced to pay the extra cost for bad sheet. More importantly, the hotel do not admin our payment online and ask us to pay it again. The attitude of the owner is extremely disrespectful. He ticked other costumers out of the hotel who ask too much questions on the extra cost even they paid the money online to confirm the room already. I lose my confidence on this website already. How can such a bad hotel allowed to do...

「The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. 」

「古典風格的飯店，附近是安靜的住宅區，飯店有自己的停車位但是只有兩個，所以要碰運氣。附近是可以免費停路邊，但要遵守停車規則，所以保險起見還是跟飯店停他們車位。」

「 Alt på hotellet var fantastisk – personalet, morgenmaden, rengøringen, hotellets og værelsets faciliteter, beliggenheden, espressomaskinen på værelset, minibaren osv. Alt var perfekt. Det eneste problem efter min mening var, at vores værelse ikke havde nogen vinduer, der kunne åbnes. Der var to store vinduer, men de kunne ikke åbnes – selvom ventilationen på værelset fungerede godt. Alt i alt var det et fremragende ophold, og uden tvivl vil vi helt sikkert vælge dette hotel igen, når vi rejser...

「Mycket trevligt välkomnande, rent och snyggt överallt. Frukosten mångsidig, dock var pannkaksmaskinen sådär, lite väl degiga plättar. Men allt annat var super! De hade även en liten barnhörna med leksaker och film för barn som inte orkade sitta still. Tunnelbanestation och busshållplats låg precis utanför och även hopon-hopoff-bussen stannade precis utanför entrén. Jag saknade dock egen restaurang. Vi anlände på kvällen och det hade varit smidigt att äta på hotellet, men vi fick en bra...
