「Absolutely perfect! Condo was exceptionally clean and just right size for the two of us. All the comforts of home that anyone would want or need. Location was great as well with an easy walk down and back to the beach each day. This was our second time staying in this condo, and if we come back to Amelia Island next year, we will certainly book this property for a third time. 」

「Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!」

「The check-in was seamless. We were late getting in, but the light was on and there were clear instructions on what to do. The kitchen was fully equipped-a Keurig and some K cups, a drip coffee maker with a grinder too. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, cleaning products,etc. The condo was spotless. The art and decor were pleasing. Great patio area, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs, towels!Brenda was friendly and responsive and if we had needed anything I’m sure she would have been...
