“Pros, Nice location off main road. Close to beach. Everything you needed for stay. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, water hose at condo to rinse off sand. Etc.Cons, too many stairs especially if you have senior adults and small children. Top level, hard to cool temperature. Very small pool. Overall, a good place to rent, but for our needs, with small children and senior adults, we will need a different place next time we visit Island. ”

“Comfortable, clean, well-equipped (except for large pot for low country boil). There were books, toys, beach buggy, etc. The location was excellent with convenient walkways to beach. The pool was immediately next door. Must be able to carry luggage up flight of stairs to condo entrance and then to second floor bedrooms. The VACASA staff was terrific! ”

“Location and views are lovely, but the condo is in need of general updates and maintenance - like knocking down the wasp nest hanging over the dilapidated and rusted front door. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen have recently been renovated and are nice. However, the carpet harbors smells that heavy air fresheners and scented detergents can't mask and the ceramic flooring, while new, was filthy. Overall, this rental is way overpriced for its current state - it could be……
