This stunning BEACHFRONT home was designed by an award winning Architect and is true paradise. The home has a private beach right in the backyard. The plan is open with the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom on the Waterfront adjacent to the deck which runs the entire length of the home. The elevated deck has expansive views of the bay and the skyway bridge. The Master Bedroom Suite has a walk-in closet and an opulent bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a king size bed in the Master Suite and a flat screen t.v.. The Master Suite has direct access to the waterfront deck as does the great room.

The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home with flat screen t.v.'s also.

Barbecue on the waterfront deck while the sun sets. Walk to Bayfront Park within 5 min. or enjoy other nearby restaurants and shopping.

5 min. walk to free trolley . Walk to restaurants and shopping on Pine Avenue, Walk to the Sandbar Restaurant and many others.

We had a great weekend. Could not ask for a better location and house had everything we needed - even a baby gate for the stairs! The shade on the beach under the deck was perfect for our kids to play safely in the Florida sun while we enjoyed the view. Lots of great restaurants really close by. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

We loved this beachfront property, it was perfect for our family. The layout was nice, we had space for privacy and togetherness. The views were spectacular from the porch we got to see the sunrise and sunsets. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Motte Marina. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, also provided were linens and towels, as well as beach chairs. We hope to return soon.

Such a beautiful place and perfect location

This property checked off the boxes for a wonderful generational trip for the girls. It was clean, beach access was so private, and the deck furniture worked well for our needs. Baby gate was helpful. All equipment was working and the air conditioning unit was very good and kept us cool on the warmer days. Location was great! The pier was a close walk and instacart delivers to the address so no leaving for groceries!

Great location and very cute house with fantastic views. Just wish it was stocked slightly better. One beach chair, one seater kayak. No cooking spray or oil. Only salt and pepper. Deck of cards or other family games? With just a few more items to make this house comfortable for a family, this place would be awesome. For the price, it is a reasonable idea. Oh and the TV didn’t work in the master bedroom.

The location and views were incredible! It was so great being right on the beach and it was easy to walk everywhere. Unfortunately the house is a little tired, the refrigerator should be replaced as the door doesn’t close well, the shower head in the primary bathroom should be replaced and the pillows/mattresses need updating. Again, the location and views are stunning and we had the best time playing on the beach and in the water all day, but for the expensive cost per night, we were disappointed that the inside of the house could use some love/reinvestment. We would love to come back and stay here again if the inside of the house got a little facelift!

House and location were great. I think the cleaning crew could do better. Sheets on pullout sofa were dirty and we had a few roaches in the house. There was candy in pullout also. Could use a few more washcloths and hand towels. Other than that, it was fantastic.
