Sign of the Mermaid was great.

The house fit our family perfectly, the number of bathrooms was great. The common areas were very nice and the kitchen was stocked properly. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and loved being so close to the beach.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time at this property. There were 8 adults and this home was perfect for us. Location is outstanding. It was so nice having the pool and and Jacuzzi when the weather wasn't going our way. You will need to rent some beach chairs and umbrellas, the chairs that were provided had seen better days and a couple were broken. Other then that it was everything that was stated on the website. The property management company was incredible with response to any little question we had.

Loved this house

Really loved this house and it worked out great for our group of 7. We didn’t use the bunk beds so you could definitely sleep more. All the bedrooms were spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful. The main downside was the alarm on the back door. You have to push a button every time you want to open the door or a very loud alarm will sound. And if you don’t close it quickly after, it will also set the alarm. Wish there was a way to disable it if you don’t have any kids with you. The house is also stocked with very little, so make sure to bring lots of things. No pool floaties, spices, salt and pepper, and lots of common kitchen items. Also wish there was a bathroom downstairs or outdoor stairs so you didn’t have to run inside and up the slick tile steps to use the bathroom, but maybe that’s a future project.

Beach bliss

Excellent service, beautiful home, incredible beach, town, quick and convenient beach access. Could not have asked for a better week. We left some very large seafood boiling pots, a four-square volleyball set, and beach paddle ball set that hopefully some future guests can enjoy. Too big to fly home with :-). Thank you for everything!

Great location and nice quiet street. We had a great experience in this home. Pool area is beautiful. Minimal kitchen items if you like to cook on vacation. A few things: Beach equipment is very rusted and minimal. A house that sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms with 4 king size beds should have more chairs than 5. Beach wagon is very old too. A full length mirror somewhere in the house would be great! More garbage bags would be great than just 4.

Beautiful house & fantastic location

We had two families of five and the house was a perfect fit! Pool and hot tub were great for the kids, and having the beach just a short walk away was amazing! The house was in excellent condition, and provided a perfect atmosphere for a fun and relaxing vacation! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

The house was great — spacious, modern, and very comfortable for our family. We really enjoyed how inviting it felt and had a wonderful time overall.The only downsides were the hot tub shutting off after 9 PM (something that was not disclosed anywhere) and the upstairs thermostat being stuck at 71. Management sent people to look at both issues, but they weren’t fixed during our stay. Not a dealbreaker, but a little inconvenient for the price.Otherwise, it’s a beautiful home and we’d recommend it with just those small caveats.

Beautiful home and location

Home was absolutely gorgeous and close walking distance to the beach. Loved the pool and whirlpool and the covered patio area next to it. Perfect for hanging out, grilling and/or playing cornhole or ping pong. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining room, and living room was perfect for getting together for meals and just enjoying each other's company. Everyone in our group was very happy with this home.

Awesome place to stay for the week

Excellent spot. The home was recently built or remodeled and is in great condition. The owner has it set up right. We had a party of 11 and there was room to spare. Its 4 doors away from shoreline and has direct access.. The beach when we went was super peaceful - very low density shoreline. Red tide was the headline at this point of the year and while other places were suffering impact in this area was relatively minor. All and all, it was great and we dream of coming again very soon!

First class experience in Anna Maria Island

When we first stumbled upon this house on HomeAway, it seemed almost too good to be true. But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. This is a BEAUTIFUL, brand new house, located in the heart of AMI. Very close to the beach (literally 3 minutes walk), this house comes with everything for a perfect beach vacation. The SPA is amazing and the pool is larger than it seems in the pictures. The kitchen is huge, super modern and contains everything one needs. Eric was super professional. My family and I had a memorable Labor Day weekend in AMI.

The house was great but it looked like the cleaning crew did not properly clean the floors and dust. I had to sweep then purchase a swiffer mop plus the pool did not seam to be cleaned prior to our arrival. If it wasn’t for the cleanliness problem we would have rated higher. The location of the house is perfect and the kitchen is nice an open. Their was plenty of room for our two families. We come to AMI every year for vacation and always live it.

Perfect family house

This was a perfect house for three adults (two parents and one grandparent) and two kids (11 and 4). All bedrooms have king beds - and three of the four have en suite bathrooms (the two main floor bedrooms and one of the upstairs bedrooms). There are also two bunk beds (one with a trundle - five beds total) in the landing upstairs. We did not use these beds, but they would have been cozy for a larger party. We chose this house so we didn’t need to leave during COVID (although be aware the island is requiring masking as of October 2020). Or feels nearly brand new and was well appointed. Literally everything we needed was here. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of accessories for basic eating, grilling and cocktails. There is a gas grill on the pool level along with a pool table, ample outdoor seating and an outside TV. The pool is on the smaller side, and does not have a true deep end (a bit over 4 feet, do diving in is not an option). This didn’t detract from the Fun we had using it and the hot tub. The beach is a quick three minute walk down the street - although we didn’t use them, there was a wagon and chairs available to bring to the beach if needed. All in all a perfect family vacation house and we will be back!

Great trip, great house - but pool & spa not working ☹️

Nicely laid out, nicely finished house with beach access and close to “downtown” AMI. We had a great time! One significant downside - our group had come looking forward to using the pool & spa and neither worked for the duration and f our trio - even after multiple calls & a service appointment. Management did apologize & give us a portion of our money back however.
