“The location of the property was ideal for shopping and restaurants (about 5 minutes to several shopping centers and the mall). It is also not far from Sandy point (about 15 minutes) or Kent Island attractions (about 25 minutes). There is nothing to complain about with the staff who were nice enough. The room and hotel are fine but, to me, were not quite up to the expected standard of a DoubleTree. We didn't use it but there is a convenient shuttle that probably we could have taken advantage of.”

“This hotel is in a convenient place, with several restaurants within walking distance and a mall just across the street. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. The hotel was not very clean. The carpets in the lobby and common areas appear dirty and stained. In the pool area, no clean towels were available and the hamper was overflowing with wet, used towels. Hot tub was out of service.
