「We had a wonderful time at Elk Horn Retreat. We stayed 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The cabin is beautifully decorated, well furnished, and extremely comfortable. The location is very private and an easy drive to town. Highly recommend this cabin for a stay in Idyllwild.」

「My daughters I booked a last-minute trip for Mother’s Day weekend. This cabin was absolutely perfect. It was clean and cozy and very close to the center of town. It was perfectly decorated and definitely felt like a retreat away from home. I would highly recommend it and I look forward to staying here again.」

Many restaurants closed early March- trips to desert an hour or so away- beautiful drive down the mountain! Peaceful, serene and friendly people! 「The cabin is great for a couple and a pet. The cabin is filled with mountain decor and has both a wood-burning stove and an air conditioning unit to make you comfortable any time of the year. It is close to town and not far Idyllwild Regional Park and a small dog park to allow your dog to get out even more.」

「This wonderful cabin has it all…great quiet location and close to the town; it was immaculate and very well organized and spacious; fenced in balcony which was perfect for our small pet; very comfortable beds with really nice linens and plush towels; fantastic deck with lots of seating and a barbecue; fast WiFi and large screen TV. 「Rustic property in the beautiful Idylwide. Very quiet, clean, generous with towels, but advise you to bring hand soap! Was very cold as elevation is greater than 6,000 feet, but the owner generously provided heaters which worked very well. Very helpful and responsive, beautiful area!!」

We brought our dog (golden retriever) and he was so happy there as well. Close to town but also not TOO close. Loved this cabin!! Would stay again.」

"I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. "
