「The staff was welcoming from the moment we got in, we were lucky enough to check in early and enjoy our beautiful casita.. everyone was helpful and accommodating with any questions we had. My 1 small complaint was one of the 2 queen beds had hairs in the blankets and pillows and a stain on the white sheets. Everything else felt clean, would have been nice to feel a clean bed since it was so comfy, I slept on top of the sheets due to the hairs and stain. 」

「Everything is perfectly thought of and implemented. Very clean property staff are extremely professional and friendly. Rooms are amazing clean everything works everything is as you expect is to be and that’s a big one for me. The only thing that is a minor curiosity for me is the entire resort does not have any area to drop off waste or trash and the property is pet friendly. You can not find any trash can anywhere period. I did take my pet Shiba with me so that was bit weird since I do my end...

"The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call anyone for services). I didn’t get an answer from them so I had to call them to send the invoice, only to be told that the email is for the hotel so it wouldn’t go to them (???). The pool area and the bar service is nice, and they try to create a vibe but it’s not really a proper 4 star hotel that they market it as. The front desk service only works when there is one lady who seems to do everything, and the rest of the bartenders can’t help you at all. "
