"Great hotel, big clean rooms. Situated very close to restaurants and bars in the centre of Harrogate."

"I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening."

"Very tired. Heating was not very good. Room cold. No extra pillows. Bathroom facilities restricted. No conditioner "

"The hotel itself was lovely however visitors should be aware the parking was an issue. Spaces hard to find, tight spaces and expensive"

"Parking was expensive £35 Asked the hotel twice about parking options prior to stay, no response. Was disappointed to be told at checkin that I had to pay full price. 😑 or take the car park out of the Q car park and pre book. "
