“It very good I would go back”

“Clean room”

“Condo had not been cleaned well or maybe at all prior to our stay. There were dirty cups put away, silverware all put away noticeably dirty. There was shredded cheese in the cabinets under the kitchen island and food crumbs left from previous tenant. There were ants attracted to food crumbs but just sugar non biting ants so not too big of deal. The bedding didn't look or smell to be washed and still smelled strongly of previous tenants. That being said the balcony was awesome and proximity to……

“Good site with easy access to the beach. The property was a bit noisy due to other guests using the pool late at night and being loud neighbors, but the property was a good experience for a family vacation.”

“We had a great overall stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. The location was excellent—close to the beach and within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The room was a perfect fit for our family of two adults and two kids, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids especially loved the amenities like the pool, basketball court, and pickleball court, which kept them entertained.A couple of small improvements could make the……

“When it comes to cleanness, I have to give it a 1 star, we had all pans dirty and plates.(old food stuck on them) we had so so many ants when we got there. The fire alarm kept going on for 2 nights. All bedding had to be washed when we got there because ants were on bed as well. With short notice we couldnt find something else. Especially since this was paid for. Its a great house just needs more maintenance ”

“Great place to stay for all ages! Short walk to the beach, two pools (kid pool and deeper pool), extremely helpful and accommodating staff, fun fun fun for the kiddos. Only 2 things to be aware of:1- Be sure to pack food and drinks, as there is no restaurants on site but town is close by and delivery is available.2- large trucks and SUVs will have trouble parking. Parking is assigned and the vehicle associated with the person who made the reservation is under the rooms and it requires some tight……

“I enjoyed the stay.”

“Great stay! Will be back! Ricky was great at communicating for checking!”

“The condo was so nice! It was the perfect size for our family and the walkway to the beach was perfect with the rented golf cart. Very clean and nice. The AC and fans were perfect for cooling off after being hot outside.”

“Great condo for a family of four! Our kids loved fishing right from the deck, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely updated. The pool area could be a bit more inviting, but overall we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This property was very nice and in a convenient location. We were able to walk to the beach with our dogs, and it was a 2 minute walk to the store across the street. I was particularly delighted that there was a washer and dryer. We utilized the pool which was very clean, and we went during the day and were able to enjoy it with just our family most times. We appreciated the roll away bed that was available as well. There was also a little patio area out the back door. Overall it was a wonderful……

“Location”

“The room was okay. The bed skirt on the bed was filthy and stained. The chairs in the room were also stained. The kitchen lacked cooking utensils(pots & pans) The window in the restroom is definitely odd. The rug upon entry definitely needs cleaning. The bed was not comfortable at all. The bed sheets definitely need to be replaced. The view of the ocean was not visible due to new construction. Disappointing on that aspect! While close to shops and restaurants, which was good, not many good,……

“Wonderful location, which lead to one of the lesser crowded spots on the beach!”
