「The apartment was great and had everything we needed. There is a small private parking lot, but unfortunately our large van was a bit too big to fit. Plenty of street parking within a few blocks though. Staff were very responsive to messages.」

3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay.

"The hotel room and bathroom is big enough for 3 of us but the daily cleaning is not ideal. I still can see some hair and dust still on the floor. Moreover, the housekeeper won’t refill the amenities automatically even she notice that it is no more."
