"Karl was very helpful upon arrival showing us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. The only tiny thing was finding the Chalet as google maps pin was set to the field over so just drive another 50 yards after Google tells you have arrived but even then the local neighbours were lovely helping us find it and it was a beautiful area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!"

"This is an excellent house in a beautiful area. We had 15 guests ranging from 4 to 79 - the accommodation was perfect for all of our needs…it was warm, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a particular highlight. Gillian was approachable and helpful if needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and the area."

"The accommodation was to a high standard and very comfortable with stunning views. Lismore is a wonderful, tranquil island, rich in wildlife and beautiful scenery. Otters and seals spotted daily from the accommodation. Mother otter and pup seen at Point and Port Ramsay during the day. Loved watching the nesting birds and geese with small goslings. "We had a great stay and the location was very close to Oban which was convenient. However the kitchen was very lowly stocked. Generally with our previous experience with vrbo, there was at least some oil for cooking, which was not the case here. Also, the toilets work very poorly and required flushing 3+ times for even a minimal amount of toilet paper which was a bit stressful."

"The cottage was clean, cozy, and much larger than I expected! It was in a fairly out of the way location (but not far at all from Oban) that was great for avoiding city traffic. Our host Maureen was very nice and friendly and If/when we travel back to Scotland, and plan on visiting Oban, we would happily stay here again."
