Very high standard The room was extremely clean. Amenities, were very good Very good location it is in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, easy access to everywhere Hotel staffs are extremely friendly and ready to help We had the breakfast, which is also available for different culture, Chinese Malay, Indian, continental English breakfast We also had our dinner at Alforno Italian restaurant at the hotel. Which is very good quality fine dining with a reasonable price. With the view of twin towers. Highly recommended and definitely will stay again

The view here is spectacular. The bed could have been more comfortable (but I think everyone has a different opinion on what they like!) but the room itself was spacious, fantastic shower facilities. The restaurant was nice with a lot of food options to choose from. The coffee in the room was a nice change. The views…amazing. The staff were very friendly. Great stop-in hotel.

Beautiful location with easy access by car or public transport to Fort William, Glencoe etc. Loch is good to swim in (if a bit chilly) in front of the hotel. The beach is pebbly to some kind of footwear is helpful. Rooms clean and a good size. Breakfast excellent, and includes haggis (although only filter coffee).
