Location is pretty good, pool is nice but overly zealous imposition of rules - only to young kids, not the groups of noisy chaps drinking beers at 8pm.

The detailed description and pictures for arriving to Azalea 3 were perfect so it was easily found.
The finish in the apartments is excellent. The champagne was a bonus. Cleanliness was impeccable.
The only missing thing we needed in the kitchen was a tin opener. May I also recommend curtains on the top floor bedrooms since they face other bedrooms and had to put up a towel for a little privacy.
The rest was perfect.
Thanks
This really was a disappointing property...the ad oversells the property's status...borderline mis-advertised. Dishwasher was blocked and filter had probably never been cleaned...so glasses, crockery, cutlery inevitably had baked on grime which needed hiurs of soaking to remove.
The blinds in the upstairs bedroom would not close. Phoned several times to no avail...emailed the email address from booking site (the one shown inside the entrance door is incorrect and 'bounces' emails) Finally they offered to send someone to look...but it didn’t get fixed so kids were awake very early due to the light.
There is only a cheap sofa bed to sit on in the lounge area ...sits ~3 people.
Worst place I've stayed in through Vrbo.

The apartment was beautiful - stylish, smart, clean and new looking and the view was breathtaking. The pool was also excellent. I'd thoroughly recommend it and would stay there again. It was a big bonus being able to walk down the path to the centre of Argengo in just 6 minutes - its a steep path but a very pretty walk and everyone was using it. I had thought from the details of the property that we would need to drive. I would mention being able to walk in the details of the property - it's a good selling point. The only negative about the property is the limited cooking facilities - just two very small rings (you can only use one full sized pan at a time) and a combi microwave. We managed, but cooking for 5 people was a challenge!
Favourite eateries - the pizza restaurant of course in Argengno is fantastic. The wine bar there is lovely too with fantastic free anti pasti in the evenings that come with your drink.
Favourite day out - without doubt hiring a motor boat and going out on the lake. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Very exhilarating and being able to have a nose at the amazing properties around the lake was really interesting.
All in all, Lake Como was stunning, did not feel too touristy and spoilt and had a great climate - despite the high temperatues, it was never unbearable as the air is quite fresh. It felt far hotter in Lake Garda for our second week.
Many thanks for a great holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at both places, and offer our comments in the nature of appreciation rather than criticism. We were four adults and three children, spanning three generations, and all worked well, and we trust we allowed others around us to enjoy their holidays to the full, too. Your office we found easily, friendly and helpful, thank you. We realise you may need the 10.00 to 16.00 hours for cleaning, but a little more latitude would be helpful. We did like the views, having designated parking (though the single garage at Azalea was a trial for geometry and accuracy), the weather, your helpful literature, your staff, including cleaners, and your website and directions. Two restaurants stood out for us: La Pizzetta in Argegno, and Ristorante Da Lui in Domaso; and two Villas: Carlotta and Balbierneno. We found the people delightful, and did we mention the weather? A Scottish resident of Argegno said we'd been lucky: often the weather in August was less hot, and rainier. The gods smiled upon us, for which we thank you, too.
