"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. There were so many amenities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The restaurants on-site were fantastic, and the market was extremely convenient for grabbing quick items. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Valet service was excellent, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless, which made everything stress-free from start to finish. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again."

"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe at all—it seemed to be in a part of town with a large number of homeless individuals and people clearly struggling with drug use, which made the environment unsettling. There were also renovations happening late into the evening, past 9 PM, which made the hotel very noisy. The most concerning part was people walking very close to our window late at night and making strange noises, which made us feel extremely uneasy. Because of the situation, we didn’t feel safe staying there and ended up leaving before midnight and heading to the airport nearly five hours before our flight. The room itself wasn’t very comfortable either—the bed didn’t have normal covers and the setup felt inconvenient. Overall, we did not have a good experience and would not stay here again."

"This was the best priced hotel in the area. Super close to the Van Buren and other downtown Phoenix bars and restaurants. Lots of things tondo in walking distance. The walls are pretty thin, so if you are a light sleeper or looking for some peace and quiet, this may not be the hotel for you. I could hear bass rattling the walls all night until 2, and the traffic noise was pretty loud at times. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. If you want convenience and a low price, and don’t mind the noise (or if you have a bluetooth speaker to play ocean sounds while you sleep), then this may work for you too."
