「Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests. 」

「Staff was very attentive and very kind. Food was delicious. Room was spacious and beautiful. I do think that the entertainment area at Lupitas Lounge is too hot. No air can circulate in that area. We watched several entertainers there and each time there were guests that left before the show even started or left during the show because it was just too hot to sit there. 」

「We stayed at All Ritmo from July 15 through July 23. We had an amazing experience. I asked for an upgrade when we checked in and was given one for a small increase in price. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful clear blue waters. The room was enormous, with a beautiful balcony, a large bedroom with two queens beds, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom and walk in closet.
