「Spent most of our day time at Infinity Pool, very nice, except for lack of chairs. Most are "gone" by 9am with just towels on them.」

「The resort definitely caters to tourists: think pancakes & burgers. I wish they would show more of their culture. Other than that the staff is amazing, resort is clean, everything you need is accessible. Love the Aloe store. 」

「The place is older but very clean compared to the other Divi, if you have the all inclusive you must take a shuttle or walk to the divi village or Golf for restaurant and a decent pool. Staff was amazing.」

「Beach was beautiful and the people working the grounds were always working to keep it clean. The staff however, specifically the bartenders were extremely un friendly and rude, you could tell they did not want to be there and all of the guests were nothing but annoyance's to them. We would not go back or recommend the Divi to anyone and would not stay there again because of how rude they were. Very disappointed 」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...
