"Great stay. The rooms were lovely and the staff were great. Albeit a very hot evening in an old place the fan was just enough. Can’t expect ac in such an old property but would be nice. They didn’t know on our booking we had a child as the third party and the hotel had mis communication but they quickly rectified the issue, just wish it had been sorted before we checked in late. Breakfast was great and staff were amazing"

"Room was good value for price. Right beside the train station. Literally a block away. Easy walk to Castle and town. Room was extremely hot. I do realize we were traveling during a heat wave but our hotel in London was nowhere near as hot as this hotel. Probably something to do with the insulation. However we only stayed one night and was fine for our needs. Breakfast was delicious!"
