“Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing. However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. This room really should not have been given to a family in such hot weather in the first place. At 2am we had to ask for another room, which meant moving tired children in the middle of the……

“This hotel is steeped in history- it is well located in Arundel but it is tired - had a annex room - immediately we walked into the corridor it smelled musty - the art work and the carpets old and tired. Room - clean - not luxurious- functional- furniture old - beds clean and comfortable. There were notices to tell you that should you spill anything on the carpet then expect a £100 fine . “all i wanted was a lovely clean room with a view of the beach but also not too far from the train station and this was exactly that. it was so close to the beach i could come back and relax after hours in the sun. the place looks even better in person and the lounge was so comfortable, i enjoyed looking at the sky change in the evening. when i left in the morning of my first day, they had refilled the water in my room before i had returned which was incredibly thoughtful due to the weather, i……

Wonderful service bu those very friendly and helpful staffs but one problem is the rooms which located on the ground floor are just next to the bar courtyard, you can hear all the noises by the customers because they just seats outside your windows.”

“This hotel is close to the City Centre and has around 5 parking spaces for clients. The staff were very kind and helpful. The property is very old and each room is named after the Cathedral bishops. The room was light and airy with windows that open. We were at the back and there is a public path which was a bit noisy. The rooms are fine but could do with some updating. The breakfast was made to order and hot which cannot be said for more modern hotels in the City.”
