Completely renovated Pennsylvania Dutch style home with lots of indoor/outdoor space, Fine Furnishings including Restoration Hardware, Ethan Allen and Magnolia Home in desirable neighborhood. New HVAC installed July 2021. Conveniently located only 1.4 miles to KDMC, close to the Refinery, Central Park, Restaurants, Entertainment, Downtown Ashland and local Hospitals and Colleges in the Tri-state Area. Come see all Ashland has to offer and we will take care of the rest!

Yes, Jennifer was great to work with. She answered all my questions I had about the house. The only thing that didn’t work out for us was the downstairs room for my mother. Since she is on dialysis she needed to be close up a bathroom and the bathroom downstairs was too far from the room for her to use. Also, the shower upstairs didn’t really have enough hot water for us to shower before it would turn “Luke warm” or even cool. Other than that, this is a beautiful house and located close enough to surrounding stores.

lovely house, lots of beds

Very comfortable house with everything you need for a weekend or longer stay. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans and dishes. The fridge is huge. We stayed at the end of winter and did not use the back yard where there is a grill or fire pit. Everything in the house worked. Plenty of towels and blankets. Very clean and bright.

Nice location for our needs and able to accommodate all 7 of us comfortably Shower on the second floor did not have hot water and the basement bedroom was very cold Other than that, property was as depicted

We rented this property while in town visiting family and it definitely served its purpose. However it is an older property (which I knew) with an older home comes problems. They need a new door and the basement had a wet spot. Otherwise good.

Extremely Convenient location

It was so nice having a full bath on each of the 3 levels. Having 2 large dining areas capable of seating 12 people was a luxury as I cooked for the employees and used one table as a serving table. Owners were extremely attentive to any request needed. Neighbors were so nice. Excellent neighborhood.
