「Staff was extremally rude and was not helpful at all and was not concerned about our problem either. At the beginning of trying to explain the problem to her, she took a phone call and just started talking. Extremally rude and will never return. 」

「I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean,very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. The furniture was scratched and worn, the bed linens looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years, and the bathroom was cramped and had a weird smell.its was a non refundable room but will do my best to...

「This is a great place to stay on a budget. The owner stayed up late for us after we had a flight delay, we arrived at about 2230. The room is large, the bathroom works and they provide breakfast to your room at 0700. They also can arrange your underground river tour, they walk you straightaway to the boat. Also, know going in that it is a small budget place in the jungle, they may or may not have any hot water. 」
