「Très grosse déception, avions été séduit par ce logement atypique malheureusement sale (piscine verte, vétusté), des mouches par centaine, bruyant, de nouvelles constructions sur le terrain donc des bruits a prévoir tte la journée. Rien de rien autour (ni restau, ni supermarché) à moins de 15 min en voiture. Nous avons anticipé le départ tellement horrible. Staff gentil mais aucun ne parle anglais donc bcp d’erreurs dans les commandes etc..non recommande donc dommage car le cadre pourrait être...

「The location was great. However they double booked our room! We reserved the pyramid, and 30 min away from the property I get a phone call saying that my room was not avaliable. They upgraded to a villa for the 1st night which was excellent but the next two days we got stuck with an apartment which was really nothing special. The whole Idea for staying here was for a new experience, so ending up in an apartment was very disappointing. 」

「We had booked a deluxe suit for Rs. X/night, on arrival we told there is no air conditioning in the allocated room, only a small fan (on a day the temp was 37 degree C). I made a request for A/C & they charged additional Rs. X again (2Xs) for a Maharaja Suit. While there was A/c, it was very ineffective & the suit was a dump, in need for major reno & deco (door timber split, ceiling with stains & bath marble piece with rust & elegy. Also real rip offs selling desert activities (big thieves)....

「It's definitely not a luxury camping experience. The facility is not clean and food is so so. It's not worth for the money we spent. The most serious problem is getting contact with the camp. We want to do a full day safari and we tried all means to contact the hotel - email/phone/whatsapp/hotels.com link but there's no reply. We end up arranging safari through our driver. It's quite disappointing.」

「Room was not clean when we arrived and had to constantly ask for it to be cleaned the next day. Asked for a coat hanger as none supplied and failed to do this. No kettle supplied but did have tea and coffee setup. Power constantly dropped out. Food was not very good. Free 2 km camel ride was 50 metres and then demand for more money and when told no, told to get off. Some staff constantly expected tips. Some staff were very good. Culture experience was ok but very loud. Jeep ride on sand dunes...
