“Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed……

“Perfect location right next to the water, great central spot for exploring old town and the surrounding areas. Building is expertly conserved and updated while maintaining its character. One of the coolest places I have stayed with a direct view of the lighthouse from our room. The staff is definitely a highlight, Eva especially helping with any questions and an exceptionally warm welcome, going above and beyond for even the little things. “I stayed here for a week and I would rate it as the worst resort I have ever stayed in. Beach was bad , ocean too rough, and only one beach bar for entire beach and it was bad service. ”

“Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. “Beautiful boutique hotel in the old town, spotlessly clean, very nice courtyard with swimming pool and sun loungers, we had breakfast outside by the pool. It was my birthday and wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us Prosecco and fruit plate to welcome us. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again and would recommend Pepi Hotel. Thank you. ”
