It's better to put a real picture of the hotel. Also, the hotel does not have an elevator and the entrance is narrow. It's difficult to carry bags to the 4th floor without an elevator. Also no facilities for keeping your baggage. You need to pay coin lockers"

"Our check in was amazing as the Hotel staff set us down and served tea while they checked us in. The lady that helped us was so nice and very proficient at using Google translate to communicate everything to us. We had an amazing Ocean view from our room/balcony as the hotel is immediately across the road from beach. Our room was very clean and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Star and highly recommend it to anyone spending time in Atami."

"It was our first time staying at a hotel with a private hot spring bath in our room. We decided to splurge a little since we were celebrating our 30th anniversary during our trip to Japan. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, with a wonderful floral fragrance throughout the property. The hotel also offers reservable private hot spring baths in a semi-outdoor setting, which were incredible! We really enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee lounge, along with the refreshments provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking ocean view from our balcony. We were so happy we chose an ocean-view room! I highly recommend spending a little extra for an ocean-view room because it is absolutely worth it. We would love to return for another anniversary celebration. It was truly a luxurious and unforgettable experience, and we can’t recommend this hotel enough! Thank you for making our 30th anniversary so special!"

"Nice hotel, room is small, not as big as it looks in the photos, the toilet area is tiny. Beds were big and comfortable though, we had the twin room, very quiet in the evening. We were on HB, breakfast and dinner were lovely, plenty of food, tasty. Private in-room hot spring was really good for us, as we were conscious about using the public one. The location is little bit out of the main towns but I would stay here again."
