The hotel was nice and clean but the non smoking room did have a faint but noticeable odor of cigarette smoke. The room was good size and the a/c worked good and quiet. The breakfast was very good.

Staff were great and accommodating. There was a musty smell in the room that was strong every time you entered the room not sure if it was the ventilation system or what. But otherwise room was clean and comfortable beds.

Staff are friendly and prompt to respond. Lobby, breakfast and sitting areas were clean. The sitting area next to the fireplace was nicely done, comfortable, and very clean as well. Room was clean and spacious for 2 people. Outside needs to attention. Weeds around the property should be addressed, building needs a fresh coat of paint. and walkways could use a pressure washing. Even though there is no smoking inside the building, there is clearly smoking outside the building. There are cigarette waste receptacles at the entrance to the doors, so you smell it as you enter and exit. As a non-smoker it's pretty offensive.

Checked In - everything seemed to be okay however there were stains all over the bed covers once mentioned to representative at front desk they didn’t seem to care or even attempt to do anything about it. Why would the hotel not check the sheets they place on beds before hand to ensure truly clean? No one wants to pay money then investigate after to make sure everything is up to par. If you care about cleanliness & good customer service I suggest to book elsewhere. Even when leaving noticed someone that seemed homeless camping right outside the exit door of the building, we gave him food & drink out of kindness but thats not what no one expects to partake in especially while on vacation clearly the hotel isn’t doing there best to make guest stays exceptional. Overall not a pleasant experience at all. Would not recommend or try again.

The stay was only for one night. The clerk at the check-in was polite and friendly. There were not many choices for free breafast. The little toiletries tray in the bathroom wasn't clean. The shower had too much pressure and could not be adjusted.
