"Excellent Hotel. Great Location on the Gran Via. Quiet and cool lobby located just next to Victoria’s Secret. Room is spacious. Bathroom is spacious and clean and everything works well. Walking distance to the sights. Jogging distance to the parks - El Retiro, Parc del Oueste. Roof top bar has a nice ambience and view. Only downside is Lift is small and there is only one. Enjoyed the stay. "

"Fabulous location… regional train and bus to airport walking distance and sights close by! All the amenities you could want too! We had the attic private room with private bathroom which was small but beautiful and definitely nothing like a backpackers! "

"The staff, especially Maria were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was perfect, every nationality, race, culture and dietary requirement was catered for. I will be returning next year for sure. "
