“We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. All the while apologizing for the oversight. I assured her it was perfectly ok. Once settled in our room I had to go back out to retrieve an item I had left in our van and as I came back in she……

“This was without a doubt, the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. I had to personally clean the floor of our room so my kids weren’t kissing filth all over their feet/clothes. When I asked for extra towels to do so, no one offered to come clean it for us or a different room and they were even hesitant about giving us additional towels. The amount of mold surrounding the bathroom/sink area is a real health concern and the toilet had poop stains on the sides/back. Handful of bugs in the room as……

“I liked that there was a decent breakfast offered and the area for eating was clean. The menu was fairly good. The staff was courteous and professional.”

“The room was fine, clean enough. The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again.”

“First, I called for an early check-in before arriving,no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. I politely sat down and waited for him to finish his call. I was allowed to go-ahead an check-in. My room was subpar ( double beds) in every way. I most definitely will NOT return to this particular hotel. I wanted to try a different hotel in the area on……

I booked this hotel in error., Once I realized this when checking in, After checking in we get on the elevator and it was really hot and smelly like someone tried to clean up throw up. My daughter’s room smell of cigarette smoke. The curtains were falling down, and was totally disgusting. Me and my wife room was the same and when we went to go take a shower, the water would not drain and your feet are stuck soaking in backup water that would not……

“The room and hall way smelt terrible. The room floor and carpet were damp so I was concerned about mold. Pool was closed. I only stayed one night but was booked for two.”
