Lots of follow up

Got to the property and the bathrooms were not cleaned and the bedrooms had crumbs on the bed. Called the office and the situation got rectified but it should have been clean to start. Pool got colder and colder as the week went on. Granted the weather was cooler but the pool guy came to do regular maintenance and cleaning in the middle of the week and said something was off and that the pool was unusually cold (spent 500 extra dollars to have heated pool). Other than that the property was nice, had a good location and such

Outer Banks

The overall experience was great! The beach was beautiful. The home was well stocked with everything you need to cook. There was some confusion about towels and linens, so be aware of being off season. We had to take the trash cans to the street to be emptied ( kind of disappointed with that because I was on vacation) but all three cans were full. Would I rent again yes, but now I know what to ask about.

Nice house and location but need to make some changes

Property was not completely clean when we arrived. There were also broken umbrellas, a blow up toy and chairs laying in the area on the way to the beach. I also didn’t like the way you had to go outside to get to the lower level.
