Beautiful & Relaxing

Loved the house. It was beautifully decorated. The layout was less traditional than most oceanfront rental homes but it worked! It provided both group and private spaces that were lovely and comfortable with wonderful views. Very clean. Definitely recommend!

This property was amazing. It accommodated our large family and was really perfect. The kids area and gaming room on the lower floor was a lot of fun. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living/kitchen/dining was great for large family gatherings and the views were so nice. Elevator was a huge plus! The town of Avon had a food lion and other essentials that you would never need to travel far. You can walk to the beach and it was private. The pool was awesome and outdoor area was very functional. The driveway allowed for plenty of parking. The cleaning crew did a great job and everything was in good working order. The property manager Jimmy was excellent and ensured everything was in order. The pool was clean. The property management was really on top of things at this property. Would rent again!
