Family fun

Excellent in so many ways! Plenty of room for gathering, plus lots of spaces for getting away for "Me" time. Loved that each bedroom has it's own bathroom - nice privacy. Check-in was so easy and hassle-free (Thank you!) The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans (though a couple more smaller pots would have been helpful) and plenty of utensils. That pot-filler feature is amazing! Never knew I needed one!

Extended family gathering at Seas Breeze II

Our party of 18 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this exquisite home. The owner promptly addressed our inquiries and facilitated assistance from the maintenance team and housekeeping staff. The kitchen was impeccably equipped for preparing meals for our large group. The dock leading to a pergola-covered deck with seating provided an ideal spot to witness breathtaking sunsets. The tranquil waters were perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking, accommodating both beginners and enthusiasts alike. Additionally, the pool area boasted ample loungers, chairs, and stools, easily accommodating our entire group. We will be coming back sometime in the future.

Perfect for the whole family

The property was accurately described with ample space, a well stocked kitchen, great deck views, pool and hot tub. The children made good use of the theater and having the pool heated was well worth the extra costs. Sunsets are incredible from any floor. Our only disappointment was the propane grill was not maintained and unable to be used. There is a charcoal grill on site but we did not see it at the time. The kitchen layout with multiple refrigerators and ovens are wonderful for large groups. Overall, an excellent week!

What a great house, very well constructed, with awesome views from the decks and rooms of sunrise and sunsets. We where all kite boarders staying at the house. Enjoyed the private beach for launching and landing our kites. Group feeds in the house was excellent . The seating area at the end of the walkway to water was excellent to sit and enjoy other kiteboarders out there having fun . Great place to launch your sup from the dock . Also sitting on the dock was awesome to watch the sunsets or just to sit and relax and talking to friends enjoying your favor drink. After a long day of kitting it was nice to come back and relax in the hot tub. Pool was great for pool parties.

Amazing House!

We had an absolute fantastic time at Seas the Breeze ll. There were 24 family members that stayed in this house and it was AMAZING! So beautiful and accommodating! It had so much indoor and outdoor seating. Our favorite floor was the 4th floor where the kitchen, dining room and family room were. We really all enjoyed hanging out, playing games, cooking and eating. The deck on the 4th floor was a bonus! We watched the beautiful sunsets each night. The pool was awesome and we loved the dock! There is so much to do in this house; game room, theater, hot tub. You really don't even need to leave the house! Russ and his staff were easily available and kept this property so clean. We give this house 5 stars. Can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful home, great location

This property is perfect for a large group. The location is peaceful and gorgeous - the sound is on the backside, just a short walk out to a covered seating area over the water. We saw a ton of birds and fish and even a small stingray swimming. The beach is maybe a 10 minute walk through the neighborhood and across the road, with easy public access up a short stairway and small dune. I would stay here again - the only issue we encountered was that the cleaning job prior to our arrival was pretty lax. We communicated with the owner about the issues, however, and he was incredibly responsive and courteous about it, offering to send them back to address the problems. We declined since we were already settled in but we appreciated his quick response and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this property or the house next door if you have a few families vacationing together.

What a great place!

We came from SC & VA for our annual family beach week. Seas the Breeze II was more than enough for our 18 people. The pool is always a central feature for us, and this was great. The pool was large enough for all the adults to gather in the shallow end and utilize the steps/seating while the younger ones did their thing in the more open deep end. The Bluetooth house speakers worked flawlessly. The hot tub was also a big hit. Being a newer house, everything in the kitchen was in great condition, all the knives were sharp, all the pots/pans were in excellent condition, and the layout of the kitchen easily allowed for multiple people to be working on meals without stepping on each others' toes. The only criticism we could find all week is that there is no pantry. But there is certainly plenty of counter and cabinet space to fit all your snacks and supplies. The bedrooms are well-appointed and the attached bathrooms are all top-notch. Every bedroom (save one) has porch access. So everyone can have some quiet time to themselves to watch the sunrise/sunset. But if you want to gather as a full group, no worries...the top floor great room is plenty big enough. The TV/sound system upstairs is perfectly suitable for "movie night". But should you want a more cozy experience, the home theater downstairs is in a great location, just off the game room (with a full kitchen). There is plenty of room for parking under the house. And we used the grill daily. Don't pass on this one!

Our stay would have been amazing but unfortunately, we were evacuated just 43 hours into our stay.The house was amazing. Family and friends from all over the U.S. joined us for this vacation. We were so crushed that we couldn't stay. Packing up everything was difficult because we all had bought so much food for the week. And unfortunately, we lost 12,000, less the one day and two-night stay. If only we could get a credit towards a future stay or a partial refund, that would be amazing. We hope to return to this property next July. I will never rent during hurricane season again.
