「El alojamiento es adecuado, pero las expectativas de las fotos no se cumplen. Muebles en estado deficiente, mucha humedad, baño terriblemente oscuro y presencia de insectos. Una cosa es estar en mitad del campo y otra no disponer de un adecuado control de plagas. Y en Azores,… por su localización, estas pueden ser variadas. Además, en las fotos figura una piscina que ni vimos ni se nos ofreció en ningún momento. 」

「This hotel is phenomenal. I have stayed in many hotels, and I was genuinely impressed by this one. We stayed for three nights during the Furnas portion of our trip and enjoyed every second of it. 「We were welcomed warmly and offered tea while we checked in. Juliana took the time to inform us about the area and how best to enjoy our stay. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for long showers.」

「Beautiful friendly people. Rooms are clean., although older. the pool/sauna should stay open until 10 or 11 because by the time we would get back to our room after spending the day exploring the beautiful island it was closed. Very disappointed we only used the pool once in 7 days. Need a bit more variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The pillows that they keep using over & over again for different guests should be replaced or laundered for health reasons.」
