"Wonderful locarion; a little challenging to find but the employee came to us to ahow where it is and walked us to the parking. Also very helpful with suggestions on things to do and directions. The room was nice and sparsley decorated. Some rooms, ours 8ncluded, are right off the breakfast area so don’t plan to sleep in but it wasn't crazy loud. Would stay again."

"No problem checking in after dark. The laundry that was advertised was full of dirty linens. The kitchen was full of half empty food boxes. The remnants from that day’s breakfast were still on the sideboard. The next morning, a large amount of the very old gap filler for the roof and dust had fallen into our bed. Yuck. Alternative accommodation was found for us at another B&B in town. Not a fan. Spoilt our experience of Lucca and B&B in general. "
