「This is a good property, but I would definitely recommend that they mention the check in process online, especially for people arriving a little late at night . First off this property is in an area that doesn’t allow cars so I had to walk all the way to search for it. 「Andy and Andrew are perfect hosts, so helpful and friendly. Andy explained everything to us on the map aswell. The room WOW loved it and the decor!! Everyday the fridge was topped up with soft drinks and water, very much appreciated. The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and the variety was very good too. Lots of Christmas markets and an abundance of shops.The Leaning Tower was in walking distance, gorgeous area with so much to see. Thank you for a fantastic stay.」

「Nice location, near the restaurant street of Pisa tower. No front desk or service desk, so everything need to be self service. The facility of hotel and room is quite old. However, free coffee and tea is offered.」

「The location is great if you travel mainly by train. Hotel is a old school one, but it is clear and feel safe. The only thing we have concern is the stair to the escalator and to the lobby, which might be a problem if you have a big luaggae. 」
