"This is the first time for us in Cabo and we chose Krystal Grand to celebrate our anniversary. The resort is located on the beach and offers 2 large pools, a pool with water slides for small kiddos and an adult pool. We had great time along with our 2 kids who enjoyed the food options and especially the ocean view from our room which was on the altitude building. All the staff were very polite and helpful but Gabriel (concierge) was the highlight of our trip. He checked on us often to make sure we are having a great time and he made sure to accommodate any requests we had. He is the best and he made our stay so enjoyable that we want to come back here again! Thanks Gabriel for making our anniversary celebration the most memorable! "

"We had a great stay at Villa del Palmar! The resort was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The pools were beautiful, and the beach access was perfect. Great food options on site and very family-friendly. Would definitely come back again! "

"I love the view, the pool, the staff were helpfull. The riu parties were insane. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the food. We tried to main restaurants and the rest we ate the buffet ones. The steak restaurant was good but the asian one was basic. The buffet lunch and dinner was very basic as well could have been better but overall great place to stay. "

"This hotel is walking distance to the restaurants and stores. We would walk around in the evenings and the lights, breeze, and vibes were amazing. The suites felt like home. It has a whole kitchen, living room, dining table, and separate bedrooms. The staff was friendly and always greeted us. "

"The staff was very cordial. For that resort to be as busy as it was the staff really kept up with the cleanliness. We did not receive any more washcloths once they were taken after the first day of cleaning. When asked housekeeping for more, we were told there weren’t anymore.
