「Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.」

「El trato del personal excelente, las habitaciones muy bien equipadas y bonitas, camas muy cómodas, aire acondicionado excelente. El socorrista y el personal de la piscina muy amables y en todo momento proporcionaron información necesaria. La chica de la limpieza un encanto y la de recepción no se diga, en general todo el personal super amables. Sin duda repetiremos.」

「El personal fue muy amable con nosotros y bastante accesible, el lugar esta muy bonito aunque a simple vista se ve sencillo ya cuando lo ves bien tiene unos murales super bonitos, lugares de descanso y en general nos gustó para desconectarnos un rato. La ubicación esta muy buena ya que tiene la plaza outlet cerca, a la vuelta de la esquina hay un oxxo y puedes tomar la ruta de la zona hotelera caminando un par de cuadras, enfrente tiene un parque muy lindo para ir a caminar o ejercitarse y la...

「No complaints. Everyone was super friendly, and overall the property was clean. Bathroom was leaking water everywhere, which wasn't a major issue, but left some of my clothes wet after a shower. Property in great location, near a lot of food places and only a 20min drive from the Hotel Zona. Recommend if you are looking for something in Cancun thats quiet, away from the clubs, still close to everything and cost affordable. 」

「这是史上住过的最糟糕的一次酒店，性价特别低。首先别说名字和expedia不一样，而且第二天游泳池停掉，第三天竟然一早断电，但是酒店竟然不同意我们免费退房，我打电话给expedie，客服打电话给酒店协商，但是酒店经理不同意退房钱，只同意退定金。另外打扫，说是第三天给我们免费打扫，拖到第四天才给我打扫，而且所谓的打扫只是给我们换了床套而已，满个房间都是沙子。服务态度非常差，expedia的客服反而还未了协商失败而给我道歉，而酒店、从来没有一句道歉。怪我自己倒霉吧！大家要看清楚别再住这个黑店了」

「Highly recommend this property for families looking for a space in close proximity to beautiful beaches and access to resort for all inclusive food or mall for restaurants. Ale was incredibly responsive and helpful our entire stay. She recommended a great baby sitter and helped us coordinate transportation. The apartment is simple and may be in need of some repairs, but it worked just fine for us.」

「We had a great stay at Cabanas. The studio was large and comfortable. I especially appreciated the private deck with table and chairs, kitchen, good air conditioning, and Myron, the friendly owner who is responsive and nearly always available. The beautiful beach is nearby (less than 2 blocks) and collectivos, which can take you to many locations, run right outside.」
