Al Ritmo is a budget all inclusive. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the location is ideal as you can walk to the ferry and many of the boat tours pick up locations like Cancun Sailing, whale shark cancun etc.

Estas vacaciones familiares eran un momento importante para nosotros, pero en lugar de poder relajarnos y disfrutar, pasamos gran parte del tiempo preocupados por la falta de limpieza, la alimentación de mi hijo, mi seguridad estando embarazada y el mal estado de las instalaciones. Incluso tuvimos que salir del hotel buscando actividades fuera del resort porque no estábamos disfrutando la experiencia que esperábamos tener.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel. The buildings are very old and the rooms don't even have a mini fridge — in a hot destination like Cancun, having no way to keep water cold in your room is a real problem. The location is also a major downside. It's far from everything you'd actually want to do in Cancun, and any taxi ride costs at least $50, which adds up quickly. The food was basic and not tasty. I was looking forward to fresh tropical fruit, but what was offered didn't look fresh and the variety was poor. Also, if you arrived a little late for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you'd only find leftovers — no fresh food was prepared for late arrivals. The pool is small, and the waterpark shown on the website looks poorly maintained — I wouldn't feel safe bringing kids to it. The one genuinely positive thing: the staff. They were kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here, not even for one night.

We have so much to say about the hotel. First- the room we got the toilet wasn’t flushing down well, we were afraid of it. Second- the fridge was old and in very bad shape and a no working condition, no microwave, no coffee machine. They charged us $1000 pesos for the view of the room which is worth to see the Ocean in the morning not doubt. The Pool was dirty when we got there. The drinks which we paid All Inclusive were bad, made out of cheap alcohol or no alcohol at all. The nightly shows were different from the last time we were there. Food was the same type of breakfast and lunch every single day, no variety. Serves were short sfaff and we were getting our food for dinner 30 minutes later and whatever was left because they didn’t have enough for everyone there. I feel they charged way too much for the services they offered. Very very disappointed 😢 of the hotel.

The service from the staff was great - it was a quiet, smaller resort with not a lot of visitors. The food was really good - lots of healthy options and unhealthy ones too. Bars had quite a limited drink selection, but there was never a line/wait. Pool was small with lots of broken tiles (had to wear water shoes) but the jacuzzi feature was nice for bubbly relaxing without having to sit in a hot tub. Spotty Wi-Fi in the lobby/dining/pool area and no Wi-Fi in the rooms at all. The evening dance shows were great entertainment! We booked a room with a Jacuzzi on the patio, and that was a really nice feature overlooking the ocean. There were lots of things that need fixing: light fixtures, balcony rails, wifi, pool tiles, window panes, leaking doors during the rain storm. All in all it looked kind of shabby but it had nice staff and the quietness was definitely relaxing.

As always we are very pleased with the hospitality provided by staff and management of All Ritmo. Since 2010 for many years we visited the resort with our daughters and their husbands and their children, our 5 grand kids. Weather, ocean, sand, sun and always smiling and helpful staff were the sure features that keep us coming back. Aqua Park, night shows, kids club, activities are additional aspects of our favourite place. And we know the comparisons, we were in few other beautiful resorts in Mexico but we will come back to All Ritmo…🏝️🏖️🐠

Phew , where should is start , I wanted to give my family a budget friendly get away for a few days and found this offer that had this resort the designated place to stay . My kids love water parks so this place was the place to be . So I booked, now once I got here it was totally different. Don’t get me wrong , The hospitality was great , employees were very attentive. And the hotel it self was clean , The food was good not great, they do have lots of options. Now when it comes to the room , they are very simple and outdated . This place needs a very urgent facelift, as it is a little rundown. Pool area does too , the bottom of the floor scratches you and pieces are missing and leaving your foot hurting my kids foots were very bad . Also we notice a lot of rust on some of the bar seats inside the main pool area . Also, the part why we booked this place for our kids was very disappointing, when we want to take the kids to the water park , it was very small and faded and lots of rust on the structure , like overwhelming, it was very heavy rust all over where water ran or falls through and not sure if it’s even safe for kids to be around that , Pictures online do not show the real state of the hotel as of July 2026 and structures and or the actual state of the rooms This place was a total letdown and disappointment . We will definitely not be returning here in the future .

Very dated hotel which is fine but priced a bit high for what is offers. Food choices were limited and waterpark nothing like photos.No wifi anywhere in hotel other then lobby which is always loud and busy so no good for doing online work or schooling.
