"So beautiful, built into a mountainside. There is an elevator, but the stairs were great too for working off the extra food indulgences. There are plenty of food venues to explore with speedy seating and excellent service. There was a wonderful variety of food choices and we especially appreciated the cupcake cafe for a quick sweet nosh or beverage from early to late!
The staff in all areas were so friendly, helpful, attentive, and kind. I don't think I've stayed anywhere before that has had so many staff members that make you feel like (a really good) family.
Not having a swimmable beach area is a bummer, but there are still covered beach loungers and hammocks for ocean gazing. Plus there is a swimmable area nearby that staff will walk with guests to so you know how to get there and back. It was neat getting to watch all of the marina traffic while floating in the gorgeous water. Such a busy area!
The nightly and daily entertainment was fun and again, varied nicely. I enjoyed the aqua chilies class (kind of like ceviche), pool trivia, and the evening shows were fun. 10 out of 10 would recommend and would stay there again which is saying a lot since we prefer to try new places."
