“Tolles Hotel in schöner Lage. Der Falesia Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr neu renoviert. Es gibt einen beheizten Pool im Adults Only Bereich. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertige.”

“Situé en-dehors de la ville animée d’Albufeira, mais tout tout près d’une magnifique plage. Tout est propre, bien équipé, parfait. Stationnement gratuit juste face à l’hôtel.”

“Good stay, hotel is super clean and on the whole helpful staff. Breakfast room is so nice with the sea view. In this visit a problem with our shower cubicle which was only resolved by us moving rooms the following day & hopefully it will get fixed before anyone else gets allocated that room as it a hazard. Giving extra towels to mop up isn’t the answer. Given vouchers for a drink to compensate for the inconvenience but then was told by the bar tender only one could be used per transaction.……

“Excellent basic clean accommodation. Big modern bathroom, hot powerful shower. Good h/vac, big balcony, quiet area, plenty of parking, great value for money.”

“Le séjour a l’hôtel Falesia était sympathique. Le petit déjeuné était bien, bien copieux et varié et les horaires étaient vraiment pratique car celui ci finissait à 11h. Petits bémols lors de notre séjour: - 1 des deux ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas - la propreté de la piscine extérieur - le bruit des femmes de ménage le matin surtout pour les grands dormeurs. La chambre était grande et agréable.”

“Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one……

“The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Our thanks to all the staff!”

“The hotel was beautiful, contemporary in style with a fabulous rooftop infinity pool with fabulous views. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedroom was a decent size, with nice vanity area and full length mirror, tea/coffee making facilities and comfortable bed/pillows. Super continental breakfast. I was a solo traveler but felt very relaxed and safe staying at the hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for me, especially the reception team.”

“Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, nous avions une belle vue sur la mer depuis notre chambre. Nous avons été déçu du fait qu’il n’y avait pas possibilité de se connecter à la télévison depuis le téléphone (pas d’accès à YouTube ou autres applications ), et la télévision marchait une fois sur deux malgré intervention d’un technicien. La luminosité était assez faible le soir dans la chambre. L’espace piscine assez petit pour un aussi grand hôtel, c’est dommage. Du coup nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.”

“We love this hotel! The food selection is relatively small for all inclusive, but had good variety and we could rely on the basics for kids. The staff are great and the room is cleaned very well every day. The heated pool is a bit chilly at the end of March, but we knew that may be the case. Our boys, 5 and 7, used to enjoy going to kids club - pyjama night, movie night, crafts. The beach, which was a 15 minute walk away (there may be buses at another time,) is stunning. We’d go again.”

“Weather was not the best but the Heated pool was very helpful to entertain our toddler. Breakfast buffet was ok. The room at the Prestige area was clean and large. The beach is not easily accessible and we gave up on the idea of using the stairs to get down there. Charging for swimming towels was the downside. Overall, I recommend it. ”
