"Great stay here at Alfagar Village. The property was vast - many pools, restaurants and activities for kids/adults. The beach is a bit of a walk away but very convenient to have on the property. The rooms have been updated and were clean. Staff was always accomadating - thanks for Theo and Goncales for all their help with everything! Location was great for travelling to other locations as well and there was ample parking available."

"Excellent in most ways but just failing in one key area: the sunbeds which are, after all, used for many hours a day, are far too taut and require, for any comfort for over 15 minutes, a mattress as they have in some of the beds in their sister hotel, 10 minutes' walk away This is such a pity, as so much else is nice about the hotel. It could also do with a wider range of pillows for the room beds, which are memory foam and therefore not the most comfortable. The air conditioning is inadequate and needs to provide lower temperatures. We were too warm every night, in the month of October. As in many resorts, the nightly entertainment is mediocre, with the same kind of musicians playing too loudly, to the discomfort of those who want to chat rather than dance or be deafened, using backing tracks and with little ability to play requests or vary music styles. If the volume was lower, most people could put up with the very average and sometimes below-average singing quality of the artists. This drives away rather than attracts many residents but those who have low appreciation and high tolerance levels. The food was excellent at breakfast and the table arrangements were fine. Pool water was always clean and at a nice temperature, even whilst the sea is warmer than usual. This hotel is closing for an upgrade over the next 6 or 7 months, and we hope that these problems might be addressed to bring it up to the standard of which it is certainly capable. "Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum glücklich und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit mit unseren Freunden und Familien!Die Villa sieht optisch genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und ist mit ihren 14 Schlafzimmern und 14 Bädern perfekt für große Gruppen geeignet. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet – Lebensmittel ausgenommen – und auch die Aufenthaltsräume, Wohnzimmer und Sitzmöglichkeiten bieten ausreichend Platz für größere Gruppen.Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden Pools und der wunderschöne Außenbereich, der zum Entspannen, Wohlfühlen und gemeinsamen Verweilen einlädt. Sowohl die Kinder als auch die Erwachsenen hatten unglaublich viel Spaß.Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und sehr zentral. Der Flughafen Faro ist etwa 40 Minuten entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist in ca. 9 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch der Strand ist in etwa 12 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief jederzeit problemlos, freundlich und professionell. Auf jedes unserer Anliegen wurde schnell reagiert und bei Bedarf wurde direkt jemand vorbeigeschickt, um uns zu helfen.Alles in allem würden wir diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Sie war für unsere große Gruppe perfekt und hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass wir eine wunderschöne Zeit mit unseren Liebsten verbringen konnten."
