“Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.”

“Everything was wonderful except there was nothing in the ad to say you have to contact the owner if you have a car. It just says self-parking available. Please call before you arrive and be prepared to pay a 50 pound deposit for the fob which let's you into the parking behind the hotel.”

“Great location. Next to Queen street train station, Buchanan street, George Square and much more. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with laundry, dishes, and toiletries. Could have a few more amenities to make it more comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no elevator and there are several flights of stairs. Not ideal for people with mobility issues.”

“The host changed the accommodation after it had been confirmed but did offer a new place to stay which was lovely! Communication was quite poor from the host and I had to contact Vrbo directly in order to get a response.”

“The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning. There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. After about two hours of going back and forth by email, they finally told me to use the panel on the boiler to adjust the room temperature. As someone from Thailand, I’m not used to dealing with a giant boiler connected……

“Initially, the property felt a little bit out of the way, but using the nearby underground station helped with that. We struggled a bit to find somewhere to eat, so we were tickled pink to discover the nearby Foody at the Woody at the Woodside Inn. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working; it took a fair bit of perseverance, but with the help of the host, we got it working. I would recommend including bedding for the couch as a standard item, in case someone wants to sleep on it. I would also……

“This apartment is really only okay. It’s clean and spacious and has what you need but the pictures are a little misleading. Everything in the apartment feels a little cheap and cold. There were no hand towels, only exactly as many towels as people, the doors to rooms have to be propped open, and the whole place has a bit of a student housing feel. On top of that, it’s excessively loud and the neighborhood is rough around the edges so really not the nicest if you’re visiting and wanting to……
