No frills good hotel

Stayed in superior suite room 2 nights. Nice new foam pillows compared to superior rooms but beds are very comfortable both superior and suite rooms.

Comfortable and good

Good location, staff was friendly, room was big enough and clean. The only issue I had in my particular room was that there were some bugs appearing in the room everyday. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and I recommend it.

Excellent short stopover convenient clean hotel.

Convenient and price for a short stay in bkk. Don't expect a view. Carry your own bags. Pros: clean,cheap, near bts, walking distance to Emquatier, great Japanese and Chinese restaurants, 7/11 at corner, coin laundromat outside next door, polite staff especially Wei, lift but small, safe area even for solo female, luggage weighing scale. Cons: alleyway, may be difficult to find, small lift, views are shop lots opposite the road. Narrow hallways no air A/C to lift.

In another life, I think this hotel would be great. The rooms are a nice size, it looks and feels clean inside, nice shower and bathroom area...but I cannot get past the roaches. There were four separate rooms in our party and each one had multiple roaches in the rooms. We arrived at the hotel close to 2am, which although their front desk closes at 8pm, they conveyed clear instructions on how to enter the property and get the room keys. After 21 hours of flying, we just wanted to take a shower and explore the area a little bit. Immediately, my husband saw two roaches running across the floor, which I killed after chasing them down. As we met up with our friends, they all communicated the same experience in their rooms, with one couple stating that they could not sleep in their room with so many roaches running around. We ended up walking to the Soi Cowboy area about 20-25 minutes away. We didn't get back to our hotel until almost 4:30am. For 3 rooms, we stayed and slept for a few hours, knowing that we needed to be at the airport by 9am. For the other couple, they took one last shower and headed straight to the airport. When we mentioned the roach issue during check-out the next morning, it didn't feel as though the front desk staff cared too much. For me, the rooms would be beautiful without the roaches. I was just super paranoid about sleeping with all of the bugs running around. Also, there is not much to do around this area. Would not stay here again.

everything was fine , expect rm 206 had small problem with showroom had old tile-filler deteriorating along the floor cornerjng & working loose. Hire handyman to use new fresh silicon paste tube , immediately.

location & food choice was adequate, value for money. Payment system for non- hotel. com bookings , was inadequate & time-consuming. Staff was reasonable, but must try harder to be “more efficient”.

Hotel was convenient and walking distance to shopping and restaurants close by. There is a night directly in front of hotel and was told it can be loud late into the night. I can not confirm this as when we stayed it was a national religious holiday and no alcohol was allowed to be served or sold anywhere, so most night clubs were closed. Hope this helps.
