The Thomas hotel offers a great location and courteous service. The rooms are clean and stylish but minimalist. Natural light comes via one frosted window in the bathroom and filters through French doors. Those expecting a view or closet or wardrobe

Fabulous stay. Hotel is great location, good sized room, really comfy beds. Breakfast great. Lovely staff.

Been back here twice. Liked the spacious bedroom and separate shower n tub. But this time round, I did a hair colour at a salon and stained this towel. Yes I should pay for the damage but the towel was not a new towel so felt a little aggrieved having to pay 700 baht for deep cleaning.

The hotel was right beside Phaya Thai BTS and the Airport rail link. It has 711, Café Amazon, KFC and Factory Coffee near the hotel. Room is very clean and cosy. Toiletries are provided, hair dryer too. I love that it provides liquid-based hand wash rather than soap. The bathtub size is enough for a plus size me, you can purchase the bath bomb in the lobby.
The only negative about this hotel is that the room walls are thin. I can hear the door open and close sound in the morning.

Quaint 1-night romantic get-away
This was a good place to stay in terms of location. The bed was also comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. (We only stayed one night in transit.)
There were some things that got on our nerves:
#1 the breakfast buffet music was so loud, and it was a mixture of hard rock and teeny popper music. I felt like I was eating breakfast in Highschool Musical.
#2 the wifi kept cutting out. Just for normal browsing it was fine. But my husband needed to do live video conference calls for work, and every 10-15 minutes it would completely cut out and he'd be dropped from the call.
#3 many of the outlets didn't work. Both electric and USB. They need to do a sweep through of the hotel to check all outlets and lightbulbs.
#4 the mini fridge was so loud at night, we had to turn it off.
Pros:
#1 excellent location. Only a few minutes walk from the BTS.
#2 manager on duty was very kind, and although very busy, he was always seemed to be around.
#3 the place is quaint, like something out of a romantic movie. There were Chinese people everywhere doing photoshoots.
So I'm giving it a 5-stars in the review... But just be aware that it's not a 5-star hotel. They just need to do better. But it was good value for money and majority of people would probably be 100% happy with their stay. 👍

客房清潔需要加強，入住時冰箱有上一組旅客留下吃過的食物飲料，淋浴空間地板有沒沖洗乾淨的沐浴乳，讓我的小孩滑倒。
飯店吸煙區很漂亮。
飯點地點離機場捷運站很近，適合離開曼谷前一天的住宿。
