「The hotel appears lovely and has clearly been invested in. The room was as pictured, clean on arrival and spacious. The receptionist was very welcoming on arrival and explained everything really well and the availability of EV charging was impressive. However, the pictures are misleading - the hotel does NOT have a pool. They have a “spa” with hydrapool at a cost of £25 for 2 hours and only by appointment. 「This hotel is a lovely old building set in very pleasant grounds. We visited to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday and were given a complimentary upgrade to a four poster room. It was spacious and nicely decorated in a traditional way which suited the property. We didn't use the spa facilities, but the swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of options, generous portions and all nicely cooked. They did run out of wholemeal bread which was a bit disappointing. We...
